The most anticipated movie of the year, AVENGERS: End Game was released last April 24, 2019. It was a blockbuster of the first week. As early as two weeks before the release date of the movie, almost all cinemas and theatres were already fully booked.
Avengers: Endgame is a 2019 American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics superhero team the Avengers, produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. It is the sequel to 2012’s The Avengers, 2015’s Avengers: Age of Ultron, and 2018’s Avengers: Infinity War and the twenty-second film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). It was directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, written by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, and features an ensemble cast including Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Don Cheadle, Paul Rudd, Brie Larson, Karen Gillan, Danai Gurira, Bradley Cooper, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Josh Brolin. In the film, the surviving members of the Avengers and their allies attempt to reverse the damage caused by Thanos in Infinity War.

In France, “Endgame” scored the biggest opening day for a Marvel film. It set an overall opening day record in the Netherlands, Greece, and Egypt.
The movie raked in $169 million on Wednesday, its first day of release in 25 markets including China, Australia, and several countries in Europe.
It set single-day box office records in China, Australia, New Zealand, and other countries, said Disney, which bought Marvel Studios in 2009.
In just five days, an astonishing $331 million for “Avengers: Endgame” in China has set a record for the country’s highest-grossing opening weekend of any film, Western or local, and puts the Marvel finale on track to eclipse in about one week what its predecessor, “Infinity War,” made during its entire month-long run in the Middle Kingdom. The country has also set the highest pre-sales gross with $110 million.
In France, “Endgame” scored the biggest opening day for a Marvel film. It set an overall opening day record in the Netherlands, Greece, and Egypt.

Elsewhere, it became the highest-grossing film of all time in several markets, including Chile and Thailand, set the record for highest opening weekend gross in more than 40 markets including, Australia, Brazil, China, Egypt, Mexico, and the United Kingdom, and set various IMAX records in 50 different markets across all six inhabited continents.
- In the USA, it grossed $60 million in less than 12 hours breaking the record of Star Wars: The Force Awakens
- It became the highest grossing film in countries like: Bolivia with $3.5 million, Brazil with $84.6 million, and Singapore with $14.2 million, and Thailand with $26.8 million, and etc., beating the record of AVENGERS: Infinity War.
- It also has the highest opening weekend gross in European countries like the United Kingdom with £43.4 million, The Netherlands with $5.9 million, Ireland with €4.4 million, Norway with $2.5 million Iceland with $210 thousand, Slovenia with $237 thousand, and Slovakia with $847 thousand.
- It has the highest IMAX Gross in countries like Argentina, Belgium, and China with $81.2 million, India, Italy, and Mexico.
Avengers: Endgame Now Digitally Available
The impressive movie of all time has always been worth watching again, that is why, Avengers: Endgame will be available on digital on July 30 and Blu-ray on August 13. The home release will feature a ton of bonus material. If you purchase the film on digital, you’ll get a featurette about Steve and Peggy (Captain America and the love of his life).
A lot of fans are waiting for the movie to be available via NETFLIX, where in previous AVENGERS movies can be watched like the Infinity War. It is said, the movie will be available along with Captain Marvel — on Disney+ when the service becomes available this fall.
